Gunter Jackpot! Rules

1. The object of the Jackpot is to raise money for Plas Gunter Mansion.
2. The Jackpot will be administered by the Gunter administration team under the supervision of the Trustees.
3. The decision of the Trustees will be final in all matters requiring adjudication.
4. The Jackpot is open to all Plas Gunter Mansion members, supporters and members of the public.
5. There is no limit to the number of players taking part in the Jackpot.
6. Players must be 18 or over.
7. The Trustees have the right to refuse any entry.
8. Players will be allocated tickets which are computer generated and may may not choose their own numbers.
9. Winning numbers will be chosen by an electronic random number generator.
10. Players may buy more than one ticket.
11. Tickets cost £2 monthly (online only) or £25 per year (offline only).
12. Players who buy their tickets monthly (online only) will be entitled to enter the next scheduled draw. If a player stops paying, they will not be entitled to entry in any future draw.
13. Players paying a year in advance (offline only) will be entitled to enter a total of 12 draws from date of payment.
14. Tickets may be purchased online at www.plasguntermansion.org.uk/jackpot. Alternatively, they may be purchased at the Gunter exhibition space by cash or cheque made payable to Plas Gunter Mansion Trust and sent to Gunter Jackpot, Plas Gunter Mansion, 39a Cross Street, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire NP7 9ER. Cash or cheques must be accompanied by an application form.
15. Prizes will be awarded monthly.
16. Winners will be notified by email or telephone if no email address and asked to provide their bank details.
17. Prizes will be paid by bank transfer. In the event that a winner does not respond to the request for bank details within four weeks, the relevant prize money will be rolled over to the following draw.
18. Winners and their ticket numbers will be announced on our website and in Trust newsletters, except where the winner has asked to remain anonymous.
19. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Trustees a subscription may be cancelled. Such cancellation will be deemed to take place at the time the subscription so far paid expires. Subscriptions cannot be refunded.
20. Players will be notified in advance of any amendments or additions to these Rules that the Trustees may consider necessary.
21. The Gunter Jackpot is licensed under the Gambling Act 2005 by Monmouthshire County Council, registration number GLR061.
